Description

Northbound on Forest Road, at the intersection with Fountain St, there is a problem with the traffic light.

Twice in the last week I have been stuck at the light. It cycles through the intersection multiple times without going green for northbound Forest Rd. (Three cycles for me today). These inevitably leads to drivers going through the intersection on a red light, which is obviously a safety issue. I don't know how often this happens, but twice in one week seems like more than a fluke.

Maybe the camera is malfunctioning?
