Description

Homeless encampment blocking sidewalk. This particular tarp camp has been blocking this spot for months and the neighbors are FED UP. I have spoken with the guy living here and he begrudgingly moves his stuff a few inches while I maneuver my kid's stroller around his setup only to have to repeat the whole thing when I try to pass a few minutes later.
