Description

Please see attached photo of sunken asphalt around Pepco manhole cover. This street frequently has heavy truck traffic and the cover is right in line with tires rolling over it. Several neighbors have noted this shakes their entire home and has even caused pictures etc to come off the walls. Over the last couple years the amount of sinking has continued to get worse and the vibrations have as well. Please help!
