East side of intersection missed (or opted out of) both leaf removal dates leaving a pile of broken branches and Sweet Gum leaves that make the sidewalk unsafe for walking, fill the drain at the corner and leave the mess to blow around when any of it dries out. Is it the city's responsibility to clean it up or the apartment owner? How many more months do we wait for someone to take care of it?
