Description

This signal at Rollins and Broadway is not working correctly. The green arrow for left turns from Broadway to north Rollins comes on even though there are no cars in the left turn lanes.

This causes unnecessary backups for drivers who just want to get to commercial Broadway and the Burlingame neighborhoods. Please have Caltrans fix this right away. It's causing a lot of wasted time, idling and frustrated drivers.
