Description

Traffic signal camera did not "see" car due to the sun shining directly into camera. This is not the first time this has happened. It took 2 cars for camera to recognize a vehicle need the light to change. Please add sun shield or change programming to compensate for sunlight shining directly into camera. I realize this is not an easy task. Perhaps the angle of the camera needs to be changed to face more North, less East.
