another one, alley ways are private property belonging to the house that it is behind. fix it your self. why are people on here so stupid?

I understand that it's the property owner's responsibility to "maintain" the alleyway behind their property , it would be nice if people took that responsibility seriously and cleaned up after themselves to make their neighborhood a better place.

Why not form a block committee to get a price for having the alley in your block paved. Everyone must share in the cost.
