7965 Spalding Hills has been burning leaves for three weekends in a row. I was under the impression burning in the city of sandy springs was illegal and tha Fulton county bans it in these months. I called the fire department and no one shows up. I am reporting this on behalf of a neighbor who asked me to submit this so that the homeowners can be advised they cannot continue to do this. We are suffering with the smells and trouble breathing.
