Deskripsyon

The person (Chris) has a business located here without any permits. When contact the city, they indicated the 8-15 vehicles and tow truck are for personal use. We have pictures of events and see insurance claims adjusters there. This is causing the value of the homes to go down.

This is absolutely not a business and there has absolutely not been any insurance adjusters here for anything what so ever. There is however a body shop across the street which adjusters are used frequently to estimate accident claims for body repair. The only insurance people ever here were the agent who holds the insurance on the property and vehicles owned. Mind your own business. As the city said the vehicles are privately owned.

Mind your own business Mr. Wardell. Chris is well-known in the city. I assure you that the only reason your property value is decreasing, is the fact that the Kirtland School District has been in financial turmoil for the last 5-10 years. And if people would come to their senses and realize that the levies that the idiots of our city vote for are to fatten the wallets of the school administration and not benefitting the students & the community, then they'd realize that this city could have something going for itself, and hence, your property would not lose value due to increasing tax costs.
