This request was closed today and I have to assume in error. I'm standing here looking at the ever growing pile of trash on the patio of this strip mall. Please help

It makes me angry to see "closed" jobs on this site that are simply being ignored. This is not the first time I've seen this.

Why is this continuously getting closed? I don't understand. There's a pile of human trash, construction debris 3 feet tall an 15 feet around in the corner of this business that sells food.

How can this be completed?
Please explain. The issue is neither resolved or completed, this illegal trash heap is still there. Again please help me understand why you're closing this or what I'm not doing properly.
