Neighborhood Specialist assigned this issue to SPTO Admin 7

YES I have reported this issue before last time I wasn't able to upload a photo and by the time someone checks it out most of the water is gone not today! It's a major issue to myself and the 2 behind us because there is supposed to be new construction going on in the empty lot which means more concrete and less drainage...but what the heck as long as the city gets more money from another struction who cares what happens to the existing homes , at least when there was only grass it did eventually soak in NOW it just runs off into our yards!

This continues to be an issue an issue that has yet to be resolved! Before the new alley was graded we did have some minor flooding...it had now become a major problem... not only is the alley under 6 inches of water 3 homes are affected! No emergency vehicles or utility vehicles would be able to use this alley in an emergency... at this point my next step will be 8 on my side...we have not had measurable rain to cause this
