Description
I reported this in May of this year, and Huntsville Engineering took care of the issue, but sadly the issue has reoccurred. A large pile of sand and a pallet of cement are now blocking the sidewalk forcing walkers and cyclist into the busy Pratt Ave traffic. If Huntsville Engineering could once again talk to the builder, please.

We are sending an inspector out there and we have also discussed with the builder the ongoing problems. They indicate they will get the site cleaned up again and improve construction practices with their subcontractors.
