Description

Someone left a large Seabra shopping cart in front of my house approximately two weeks ago. I have called the store twice, and also physically went into the store to tell them about it. Every time the girl tells me the manager has a truck and will pick it up. After two weeks, I'm thinking they don't want it.
Is there anything the city can do to remove it, or force them to remove it?
