This house is falling apart. The bathroom is in terrible shape with mold growing within the walls. The ceiling is cracked in several places and various windows throughout the home have cracks in them, one appearing to be from a BB gun. Also its a health hazard because the residents there (who do not own the house but rent it from a slumlord) have at least 10 cats. Also the front porch appears ready to collapse at any time. The tenants have told me that they tell their landlord refuses to fix any of the problems unless the city gives him a notice. Also recently the city passed an ordinace where the tenants are not to pay the trash pick up bill, but the landlord is now responsible for paying the trash bill. However this landlord just mails the bill back to the tenants. I would recomend that the city ivestigate this house.
