the speed limit states 15 and people seem to think it's a one way street and drive in the middle of a two way road.It's mostly at rush hour and they know police aren't on this road.The pitholes are near the bridge were there is a constant puddle from an old fresh water spring and people don't want to get there cars wet so the get on the opposite lane to avoid water and potholes!

I've seen police on this road many, many times, especially near the Gladstone Apartments. I understand why this road is 15MPH around the park. But on a country road, the speed limit is supposed to be higher. In addition, there's no sidewalks for pedestrians on this road.
Essentially, residents living on Hilldale and Scottdale want these to be a pleasant country roads with a low speed limit and no burden of maintaining a sidewalk. It's not a country road. It's a thoroughfare.
