Description

I have reported this issue about 5 years ago. Followed up several times after 1st report, but the problem has never been fixed. There are many ppl walk by this portion of sidewalk daily with bike, stroller or just jogging, walking by to connect to the Linear Park next to the Scott Candler Water Plant and Reservoir on Peeler Road. I was given the excuse that this sidewalk issue is created by the tree root. But there is no tree next to there and in my opinion, this is simply lack of solid base.
