Most homeowners keep the vegetation trimmed behind their homes. There are a few that never maintain behind their homes in the alley. Can the city cut the brush back and up or maybe leave notes if the homeowners are responsible? Big trucks knock branches down and branches scratch cars when we attempt to get to our garages.
