Description

The north side of the 700 block of Irving has multiple sunken/raised areas of sidewalk - this is in violation of the ADA - a wheelchair or stroller cannot pass on the north corner (Sherman Ave/Irving) people have tripped and fallen on this corner. It is unsafe for all but impassable for elderly /disabled residents. This serves as notice to DC govt that the area presents an extreme hazard to pedestrians, has resulted in injury and may result in severe injury in the future
