Well once again they are illegally dumping click to the railroad area, this time they decided to come further down, the street and the crazy thing is the new owner placed a no dumping sign less than 10 feet away, I will keep reporting this until the COH get the message and strive to find these criminals and prosecute them, until then not too sure what else to do but keep sending in pics of this mess.
