There are just so many issues. Someone from the City needs to actually walk and observe Bosson Street and Hastings Street and Jacobs Park. Seeing is worth more than 1000 words. Yet, nothing gets done. All you get at times are Wise answers for the numerous complaints. How about the Rats in the Neighborhood!!!
