Every couple of nights people park on the streetside parking and just play loud music and rap. It's current 23:37 and I can't even drown the noise out with my own music or TV without become uncomfortably loud. This isn't just a weekend issue, it's just whenever they feel like it. Worse part, sometimes people hang out with NO-ONE who lives in the neighborhood or complex there and just are incredibly loud. Request night time patrols as once they realize these take place randomly this no longer becomes an optimal location to do these things.
