Description

There is a car that constantly parks at the stop sign on the corner of Rose and Manhattan, and I think it might be too close to the hydrant. What are the rules for parking in front of a stop sign and the distance required to be from a fire hydrant? Could there be a "no parking here to corner sign" put up?
