I have listed this as a street light problem because there is not a category that fits the problem.

I am following up on a report to John at the dispatch for electric services, made by phone on Monday 7/24. The empty house next door to mine has a tree in the back yard that has branches that have become entangled in the electric wires coming into my home. My home is at 1804 Boyd and the empty house is at 1802 Boyd.
