J. Barker investigated 9/8/17. invert of pipe is covered over in silt. Will schedule the vactor truck to clean the pipe. Pavement is marked with white arrows on the road. The picture is the invert of the pipe that is covered.

This picture is the outfall pipe to the creek channel.
