no it is not fixed. The town of Middletown put some asphalt down instead of ripping it up and making it smooth and doing it the correct way. They tried to patch and it is a mess! This was a waste if tax payers money - it is no better. Come up and see!

worse - tried to patch - it is worse & now the dirt part has washed away. Needs to be dug up and done the correct way. Can someone in the highway dept come look at this and see what is wrong!
