Live next to Harvey field and constantly picking up garbage around the front of the field. glad to see that the rat traps are trapping the garbage! No trash cans even close to where kids walk past and throw trash in them. kids walk across where I live and just throw trash on my lawn!
What is the point of having the gates locked if the kids just jump the fence and use the field!?
