Description
House is in poor condition (blighted?). No siding and the construction plastic that kept the house safe from elements is shredded/missing. Skunks, raccoons, and stray cats all live in the house and crawl spaces under the house. The musk, feces, and urine odors are tremendously overwhelming, nauseating, and potentially a TRUE health hazard to those who live near-by.
Skunks "spray" multiple times per week, leading us to close all of our windows so the burning/skunk smell doesn't seep in. It is summer time, it is hot, and we don't have AC. Our dog was also sprayed by a skunk in our back yard.
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE! This house has been in this condition since we moved into the neighborhood in February of 2015. I'm not sure who to contact.
8/13/17 - and now there's a dead cat on the grass between the sidewalk and the street by the corner.

Nothing has been done about the foliage growing onto the sidewalks, even though there is a citation or notice on the front door.
It seems the person(s) who care for the home doesn't live there (obviously). So, they may not get those communications.
