Description
Property is illegally running a plastic pipe through the bottom of the wooden fence that divides this property's back yard from the parking lot of Harbor House to drain water from 260 Brewster into Harbor House's parking lot so that it will drain into Harbor House's parking lot storm drain. Please have owner remove the pipe.

I do not live at 260, nor do I know who does, nor do I have any affiliation with them. However, don't we all have bigger fish to fry? I mean, really ?!?!?!?

This is an illicit discharge that may create an icing condition when it freezes. According to the municipal code 15.48.020 - Responsible city department: The engineering department has supervision for citywide storm water management.
