Uneven path creates a trip hazard and a crash hazard for cyclists
I have researched the BCDC permit that the City has on our shorelines. This particular path and area is private property and belongs to the Crown Harbor Homeowners Association. I have looked up their information and have forwarded a copy of this ClickFix to their property management company, Massingham and Associates, for repair.
Public Works Department
I have notified Dave Eck, President, Crown Harbor Board of Directors, and he has assured me that they are aware of the problems on the path and are working toward a solution. If you need more information, please contact him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
