Hello,

I have a business in Emeryville and in recent weeks our block has gone from having 1 RV permanently parked on to 3 RVS. We do not want this turning in to an RV park/homeless encampment. Parking is already tight in this area.
These vehicles do not move and they have people living in them full time. 2 of the RV's are conscientious about not littering - one of them however leaves litter on the street which is accumulating - including dirty toilet paper. We would like to see the parking code enforced and these RV's moved.
