Passing estate Dr. And lower sac rd you can see a lot of homeless people living on the levy. Our neighbors who's backyard is the levy say they've had homeless people hop there fences and either try to break in there homes? Or will steal patio furniture anything they can get there hands on. They don't feel comfortable letting there kids even play in the backyard anymore. Too sad
