1118 Prospect is constantly noisy, dozens of adults and children in the yard, toddlers always playing in the street unsupervised. There is a new playground owned by the LandBank and built with Sparrow funds right next door to this house, however because of the circumstances at that house no one feels comfortable taking their children to play there. Makes it very difficult to drive down the street or pull out of your driveway. House is very rundown and dirty. Something needs to be done to clean up this house and get these kids the attention that they need. The house has so many people living it, it is impossible to tell who is responsible for the kids. Not sure if it is a rental or not, but regardless it certainly cannot meet city code compliance the way that it is being used or taken care of.
