Description

The water and puddles in the street are not a problem by themselves. However, they last a while and the probability that drivers will either end up splashing school kids in the fall, or swerving around the water, might make the set up worth some additional review. I have no idea if it is also a hazard for plowing?

A. The drainage grate at the corner of Lincoln Street and Lincoln Terrace is significantly higher than the street around it.
