there are limited categories of topics to choose from. i put this in potholes. 197th to 199th and 15th ave NE. The walkway that goes over the creek is completely buckled and chunks of concrete are missing it appears the earth under the roadway is collapsing into the creek below. Walkers use this side walk everyday and it is becoming dangerous.

per discussion with Engineering, tree should be added to removal list and stump should be addressed in a manner that will allow Public Works Street Maintenance to make appropriate sidewalk repair or replacement.
