Description
Prospect Park is in need of major maintenance. The playground is almost entirely covered in grass and weeds, with little to no mulch left. Slides and rope bridge have been removed and not replaced. This park attracts more adults who are drinking and loitering than children because it resembles an abandoned lot.

The people that linger under the covered shelter just pee behind it because it is too far to walk.
