This problem has been reported by myself SEVERAL TIMES& has apparently fallen on deaf ears, as nothing has been done to rectify the issue. Your response states asap however asap never comes to pass. Now I see other requests for the same issue and again no response. Believe it or not my time is important and I'd prefer to spend it where I get results. I guess I'll just have to go back to putting my complaints in writing to the CT. Post and shame the "Civil Servants" into doing their highly paid jobs.
