Description

This abandoned city of Raleigh owned house has not had the front or back lawn mowed in weeks. This is creating issues with mosquitos and other bugs for neighbors, not to mention it looks awful.

Additionally, the front yard and front porch has trash and newspapers that are not being cleaned up.
