Mr. Nunes, if you had read the issue completely, you would had noticed that the flooding happens "after" a heavy rain "upstream" along Hillyer and is flooding my backyard due to overgrowth south of my property.
I request this issue remains open till you figure out a solution to the over growth of brush and weeds along the stream from 8 Hillyer to Hillyer & Yale. Thank you.
