I have pictures of these barrels and all the flys and maggots. It's a serious health issue.
Please fix this ASAP
By the looks of this property the land lord is not caring for any of it. The lawn has not been moved at all this year.
Additionally, the outside stairs are a hazard as I have had to yell at children for climbing over the railing and walking on the roof of the building

The city should start issuing fines to property owners for these issues, tenants don't care because it's not their property and landlords won't care unless you hit their pockets. Instead of the canned, cut and paste response from DPW, (Our Solid Waste Compliance officer has been assigned to investigate this issue. The property owners are being notified of the potential violations. We thank you for reporting your concern and for your patience as we work diligently to resolve this concern.) how about some enforcement and REAL ACTION!!! Force these landlords to ensure tenants follow city regulations.
