Satellite images show the wall to be pre-existing. File photos show the wall in place at the time of our last Certificate of Occupancy inspection. Storage of garbage cans is not permitted in the front of the residence, on the sidewalk area. Garbage can storage must be in a side or rear yard, out of the public view.
