This is probably known already, but the *third* contractor-truck produced damage to the new concrete appeared this week. Also, I know the culprits: This time it was an AT&T crew who had all but two feet of the PATH blocked a couple days ago. I certainly hope our taxes are not used to cover all this redundant paving.
