How about a reason why?? The riders cant use it...we dont feel safe!! Psta claims to care about their passengers. Its not the cops job..its PSTA..do your job. Passengers are @#$% and have no issue getting the news media involved. Take it down!!!!

This is done and the customer was asked to call the police to have the homeless removed.

Calling the police is not the answer we keep calling the police about that bus stop as well as the one at 1401 5th Avenue North and the problems continue to happen the shelter needs to go think about the passengers first and not put it on the police

We call the cops and they keep coming back. We dont feel safe using that stop period. We will continue to fight until its gone and psta puts PASSENGER SAFETY first

I have an email from someone named Christopher Cochran stating that shelter will be coming down, he said this in an email dated 7/13/17. We will fight for passenger safety!!

myself please send an email to pstasucks@yahoo.com I would like to hear more about how you were told by a PSTA employee that it is coming down but we have others saying no. Also is it ok to use it on my blog that I have started to expose PSTA and how they do not care about their riders and their safety? If anyone else is fed up please email me also. These people need to be held accountable for ignoring passenger safety and how the recent route "improvements" are anything but!

Typical PSTA does not care or give an answer as to why. Like we are suppose to just bow down and accept what they say even though the decisions they make AFFECT THE RIDERS MORE THEN IT DOES THEM!t the 411 I will be sending you the email along with my own horror stories of riding the bus!

calling cops for months and guess what...they continue to come back. Leave trash all over the shelter ground despite there being a trash can and there is a less then pleasant smell. Just proves point that calling the cops does NOTHING!

That is because PSTA does not give one flying rats bottom about the safety of their passengers. They would rather pass the buck off to us and the cops then do their job! I bet if they were elected into their jobs they would have a different attitude! I think that there needs to be a referendum on the next election to change that and let us vote them in!
