How do i report loud parties at the yacht club in my neighborhood? I sent it yesterday to the business compliant division but they told me they don't deal with such issues. Here's the issue -
Manhattan yacht club is open late and run very noisy parties with alcohol. Yesterday they used an amplifier and everyone in 3 blocks radius heard a very loud gunshot like sound. All after 9 pm.
