Two branches are lying on power line and displacing the power line. Two trees have many dead branches, one fell on a neighbors car and broke the windshield and dented the car. One of the dead branches is laying on the power line. Both trees need to be removed.

City resources did a great job removing the first tree, but this second one is still a problem. We knocked down one of the branches on this power line but could not get the second branch. The tree is forcing the power line down, sharply right next to the pole.
