25055 La Loma Construction trucks/cars always parked off-site on both sections of La Loma as well as SummitWood. Denis Bros (contractor) also parks multiple trucks on newly created pathways. Creates driving hazard and very dangerous to pedestrians and cyclists. Per the Town's "Hours of Construction" rules, "Please be advised that the pathways are not park
ing bays. No parking is allowed on constructed
pathways; all parking is to be accommodated on the property under construction." Denis Bros and their subcontractors never accommodate all parking on the property. It is always on the roads and pathways. Ridiculously long construction project that impacts the safety and quality of the neighborhood.
