This intersection becomes bogged down with people turning onto or off Karen Lane. If coming off Phoenixville Pike onto Karen Lane traffic on Phoenixville Pike has to wait thus backing traffic up a hill and awaiting a collision to happen - possibly similar to the cause of a fatal motorcycle crash last year?! - If coming off of Karen Lane onto Phoenixville Pike traffic coming over the hill from the SPCA is going faster than the vehicle turning in front of them, again awaiting a collision to happen!! Is it going to take a collision, injury or fatality to make a change? Hoepfully NO!!!
