Description
Is it permissible to use the walk along side a house for long term storage (1 year+) of a water heater, 6 large flower pots with some garden tools inside, wheelbarrow, and ladder? Homeowner does have a shed.
I asked the question a few days ago (Issue ID #3650736) and received an email that acknowledged the issue put have not received an answer.
