When they build these shopping districts the exits and entrances are always lacking. English Village shopping district only has one entrance and exit and why do the renters of the English Village apartment complex have excess to the shopping center when we do not have access to their community. They should put a wall up to keep the apartment dwellers out and have them exit only on lower state road. This would cut down on traffic. Just another double standard.
