I always drive there slowly with my foot ready to break. I have been going down Redwood Road when a car coming up Redwood Road makes a left turn directley in front of me then stops because there are cars backed up on Mountain waiting to get onto Highway 13. No one cares any more and they know they will never, ever get a ticket a ticket from OPD.

This intersection is nuts

I was picking up litter on this stretch last week and I found broken car parts there. Another accident.
I also picked up broken car parts on Aliso and the off ramp off of Highway 13. There was a bumper laying on the ground at the end of the off ramp but it was too heavy for me to carry.
Those two intersections have so many accidents right up there with the two driveways into Lincoln Square.
Walking my dog I have seen cars going up and down Redwood Road at speeds over 60 mph! Again they know they will never get a ticket from the OPD.
