Description
The sidewalk on the south side of Belleair Rd., just east of Lake Ave., has several issues. One is a buckled section which presents cyclists and handicapped individuals with a raised area of an estimated 7 inches which needs to be tranversed, and a bit further down these is a section of sidewalk which has been raised up due to a tree route.
